Schyberg Associates is a boutique recruitment firm focused on servicing the digital tech market in London. The majority of our clients are start-ups looking to grow their product and engineering teams. Our six stage recruitment process

1. Consultation

Schyberg Associates will come to the comfort of your offices to meet your team, experience your work environment and get a full understanding of your recruitment needs.

2. Planning and time management

After the consultation, we like to spend 24-48 hours putting together a realistic plan of how long it will take to find the right people and more importantly give a rough idea of when we can expect to have the roles filled by. This gives the client total transparency and allows them to plan around projected dates.

3. Sourcing

Schyberg Associates will utilise all the tools available to contact the best talent on the market. We do not represent anyone we have not met or Skype-d, post an initial phone call, as we know culture fit can be just as important as technical ability.

4. Interview management

We will make this a streamline process for you. Simply let us know which candidates you like the look of, give us access to your diary or send us availability and we will do the rest. We aim to get 3-5 interviews per role giving you the opportunity to see what is available on the market before making a decision.

5. Offers

When making an offer Schyberg Associates will work with both candidate and client every step of the way. Not understanding the danger of counter-offers or making non-competitive offers can be a quick deal-breaker and will push back your recruitment process significantly. This is something we deal with almost daily and has given us the know-how into handling tricky situations towards the latter stages of the recruitment process.

6. Aftercare

We believe relationships are the key to doing well in this industry, so we aim to meet successful candidates on a quarterly basis to see how they are getting on and whether there is anything more that can be done for them.

Schyberg Associates was started by Seb Schyberg. Seb is a 27 year old Scandinavian with 3.5 years commercial experience working in the Digital Recruitment sector, but has been working with account management and sales from the early age of 16.

During his 3+ years in the recruitment business he has seen how some firms are struggling to remove themselves from the typical “wolf of wall street” recruitment model and believes in a new, more intelligent approach.

Seb believes that a strong work ethic and a naturally resilient approach to sales results in an ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain a loyal client base with repeat business prospects. He has interacted with a variety of individuals ranging in their levels of seniority and is very comfortable in building rapport and creating excellent professional relationships.

When not in the office you will probably find Seb tearing up the golf course, honing his racket sport skills or socialising with friends and family.
